An inquiry through this site is not an order and does not create a contract. Pricing, timelines, and scope for any piece or repair are agreed directly with Noah before work begins. The site takes no payments.
The jewelry designs, piece names, photographs of the work, and the Santella Designs name belong to Santella Designs. The website itself, including its code, design, layout, and copy, is the property of Oryx Technologies LLC and is licensed to Santella Designs for use on this domain for as long as the parties maintain their service arrangement. Copying, republishing, or deploying the site or substantial parts of it elsewhere requires written permission from the respective owner.
